Having all the gear packed in organizer bags kept rattling to a minimum even when doing offroad trails on the Jamboree days. Only issues I encountered were that you needed a somewhat level spot to park on if you expect to have a level work surface (I know, I know, that should have been plenty obvious ahead of time!), and that the table area is smooth enough that it doesn't take much of a slant to end up a lightweight stove sliding around. I'm planning to add a cutting board with adjustable feet to my gear, so I can create a level area for the stove even if the Jeep's a bit off-kilter.
If it helps anyone, I did the install single-handed, where I drilled the holes for the offsets through the plastic tailgate facade, slid the main lockbox into the cargo area of the Jeep, crawled into the cargo area myself, and then closed the tailgate. I had cut a stack of cardboard squares out of the shipping box and use them to shim the lockbox up to where it was reasonably well-aligned with the mounting holes, allowing me to then have both hands free to get the bolts aligned and installed. It was definitely a bit cramped back there since I've got a 2-door JL, but it got the job done nice and quickly. Read LessRead less about Just started playing with this
